Kelci came to me since she felt like her HoneyBook needed some updating. We discovered that the email formatting was not consistent throughout her client's experience and also did not include Call to Actions! Her Smart Files had great bones, but did not reflect her beautiful website + branding! We also updated her automations to reflect her new client experience.

For Kelci, we developed on-brand email templates that included Call to Actions and links to schedule calls easily for her clients. We also created new headers and added photos to her smart files to update the visual appearance. Her automations also included tasks for her to know what she needs to do for clients autonomously!
